Estimate enquiries

When you save an estimate, we collect the contact details, property answers and any photographs you choose to provide. We use this information to review your estimate, contact you about the enquiry and plan a potential installation. We do not send your answers, photographs or contact details to Google Analytics.

Optional analytics

If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics records page visits and non-personal estimator events, such as the step reached, whether an estimate was generated and whether an enquiry was submitted. Analytics does not load before you consent. Selecting “No thanks” leaves it disabled.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry records are stored in our secured AWS account. Uploaded photographs are private and configured for automatic deletion after 90 days. Information may be shared with an installation partner only where needed to assess or carry out your requested work.

Your choices and rights

You can clear this site’s storage in your browser to reset the analytics choice. You may also ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting us through the details published on this website.
